Apple is gearing up to unveil its latest addition to the Beats lineup with the release of the Beats Studio Pro wireless over-ear headphones. The news comes from a reliable source disclosed by Myke Hurley on the popular Apple-centric podcast “Connected” last week, as shared on Reddit. This information has generated quite a buzz among audio enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the new offering.
According to Hurley, who received the details from an anonymous insider with a proven track record of accurate leaks, the Studio Pro will be hitting the market on July 19. The headphones are expected to be available in four stylish colors, namely Black, Navy, Sandstone, and Deep Brown. Leaked images shared by Twitter user @aaronp613 suggest that the Beats Studio Pro will feature a design reminiscent of its predecessor, the Beats Studio3.
While the Studio Pro may bear a striking resemblance to its predecessor in terms of design, it’s the internal upgrades that truly pique the interest of potential buyers. The new headphones are rumored to boast a USB-C charging port, an improvement over the micro-USB option found in the previous model.
Additionally, the Studio Pro will reportedly sport enhanced microphones, and optimized sound profiles, and come bundled with a brand-new carrying case. Notably, the headphones are said to support Android features like Fast Pair and Find My Device, expanding their compatibility beyond the Apple ecosystem. And fear not, traditionalists, as the beloved 3.5mm headphone jack is expected to be retained in this iteration as well.
The Studio Pro is likely to build upon the success of its sibling, the Studio Buds+, by featuring upgraded active noise cancellation and extended battery life. Apple has consistently delivered on these fronts, and it’s reasonable to anticipate that the new Beats headphones will follow suit.
As for pricing, an early listing by a reseller in Europe hints that the Studio Pro will carry a price tag of around €399, mirroring the cost of the Studio3. This suggests that the headphones will likely be available for approximately $349.95 in the United States upon their launch. It remains unclear which chip the Studio Pro will utilize, as the Studio3 comes equipped with Apple’s W1 chip, renowned for its seamless connectivity and efficient power consumption.

As the rumored July 19 launch date approaches, fans eagerly await further information to satiate their curiosity.
