For Mac users, simply head to the Software Update section within System Preferences to download the macOS Monterey 12.6.9 and macOS Big Sur 11.7.10 updates. iPhone and iPad users can effortlessly download iOS 15.7.9 and iPadOS 15.7.9 by navigating to Settings, then General, and selecting Software Update.
