Since its inception in 2019, Apple’s affordable housing project has demonstrated steadfast support for vulnerable communities. Over the years, the company has invested a total of $2.5 billion, with 2020 witnessing a remarkable $400 million contribution, followed by a significant increase in 2021, surpassing the $1 billion mark.
Apple’s Vice President for Global Real Estate and Facilities, Kristina Raspe, expressed pride in collaborating with various organizations across the state, emphasizing the collective effort to promote accessible housing opportunities.

Thanks to Apple’s unwavering support, more than 40,000 Californians have received essential housing aid through the various projects it endorses. Notably, the company has played a crucial role in the creation of 22 developments, resulting in nearly 20,000 new homes for individuals in need. Additionally, Apple’s efforts have prevented homelessness for approximately 24,000 individuals, preserving the stability of countless families.
