Apple has officially launched its online store in Vietnam, providing customers in the country with direct access to the company’s products and services. Previously, Vietnamese consumers relied solely on third-party resellers to purchase Apple products. The tech giant’s decision to open its online store in Vietnam aims to enhance the shopping experience for customers in the region.
According to Apple’s press release, customers can now enjoy a personalized shopping experience and expect exceptional service. Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s Vice President of Retail, expressed pride in expanding the company’s shopping experience to Vietnam. O’Brien stated, “With today’s expansion, we’re proud to offer customers an incredible new way to discover and shop for our amazing products and services, connect with our knowledgeable team members, and experience the best of Apple.”
By introducing the Apple Online Store in Vietnam, local customers gain access to a range of personalized features that have been available in other countries. These features include the option to customize products with laser engraving, configure-to-order Macs, and Apple Watch Studio. Vietnamese consumers can now also download and access the Apple Store app directly from their iPhones and iPads.
Furthermore, Apple is introducing its trade-in program in Vietnam, allowing customers to exchange their old devices for credit toward the purchase of a new one. Additionally, the store offers financing options of up to 24 months through MoMo, a local digital wallet, for products such as the iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
