In a much-anticipated annual update, Apple Fitness+ has exciting news for fitness enthusiasts in 2024. The renowned fitness platform is introducing an array of additions to its popular Artist Spotlight and Time to Walk series, fresh meditation themes, and an exclusive core strength workout by golf sensation Rose Zhang.
Building on its successful kickboxing and Beyonce’s artist spotlight additions in January 2023, Apple Fitness+ is now focused on a harmonious blend of sound meditation and dynamic workout programs. Jay Blahnik, Apple’s vice president of Fitness Technologies, emphasizes the platform’s commitment to catering to various fitness goals, stating, “From sound meditations to enhance relaxation, building core strength for an improved golf swing, or amping up your workouts – Fitness+ has something for everyone to stay active and support their well-being in the new year.”
While Apple Fitness+ already offers meditation themes, it is set to launch seven new Sound Meditations. These episodes will be available in 5-, 10-, and 20-minute durations, with fresh content added weekly, providing users with a diverse and accessible meditation experience.
In collaboration with professional golfer Rose Zhang and trainer Kyle Ardill, Apple Fitness+ introduces “Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers.” Zhang attests to the importance of off-course training, stating, “Incorporating strength, core, and mobility workouts helps make sure my body and mind are ready.” Whether you’re new to golf or seeking to enhance your skills, this program promises to boost confidence in your swing and add fun to your game.
