Apple is set to celebrate Pride Month with its latest edition of Apple Watch Pride. The company has been known to introduce new watch faces and bands every year to commemorate the LGBTQIA+ community. Although the tech giant has not officially announced this year’s edition of the Apple Watch Pride, a Twitter user has shared a first look at what it could potentially look like.
The Pride Watch face for 2023 will have a confetti theme with the colors of the LGBTQIA+ flag, according to a tweet by Aaron. The new watch band will also follow the same theme. One interesting detail about the new watch face is that one of the hands is yellow, and users will presumably be able to change its color.
It is unclear how the images were found, but they appear to be legitimate based on assets that Apple uses to showcase new watch faces available for watchOS. If this is true, it suggests that the company will soon announce the new Apple Watch Pride band and face.
The International Day Against Homophobia is celebrated on May 17, and it is possible that Apple may choose to make the 2023 Apple Watch Pride official on this day.
