The third generation of the iPod touch features a 600 MHz Samsung ARM Cortex A8 processor, 3.5″ multi-touch LCD Display, 32 GB or 64 GB of flash memory, 256 MB of RAM, built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, accelerometer, Dock connector, 3.5-mm headphone jack, and up to 30 hours of battery life.
This iPod was discontinued on September 1, 2010, and has been replaced by the iPod touch 4th Generation. Today iPod touch 3rd Generation is 15 years old!
