The Apple MacBook Pro 17-inch Late 2011 is a notebook computer designed, manufactured, and sold by Apple from 2011 to 2012 as part of the MacBook Pro computers. The computer was introduced on October 24, 2011, and its price started at $2,499.

The new MacBook Pro features a 2.4 GHz or 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 17″ LED-backlit TFT glossy Display, aluminum unibody, 4 GB of RAM, 750 GB hard drive, slot-loading 8x DVD-R/CD-RW dual-layer “SuperDrive”, built-in Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, FireWire “800”, FaceTime HD camera, ambient light sensor, illuminated keyboard, and 1 GB AMD Radeon HD 6770M graphics and an Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics in the base model.

This MacBook was discontinued on June 11, 2012. Today MacBook Pro 17-inch Late 2011 is 12 years old!
