Apple has released watchOS 9.3 for the Apple Watch, which is now available for download alongside iOS 16.3. While the beta cycle for watchOS 9.3 didn’t introduce any new features or capabilities, the update primarily focuses on internal bug fixes and improvements.
This update comes after the release of watchOS 9.2, which brought new features, improvements, and bug fixes to the Apple Watch, including Crash Detection optimizations, a new custom Kickboxing algorithm in the Workout app, and accessibility support to visualize when Siren is in use on the Apple Watch Ultra.

To download watchOS 9.3, users must have iOS 16.3 installed on their paired iPhone and have at least 50% battery charged on their device, as well as have their iPhone connected to Wi-Fi. To install the update, users can open the Watch app on their iPhone, tap on General, and select Software Updates.
